Q1: What are the merits of custom-made clothes?
A1: The most important thing is that you can get your ideal cosplay costume.
Q2: Can I trust your store?
A2: We make costumes very carefully, one by one, using only the best materials after discussing with you what is closest to your ideal costume.
Q3: Can you make any costume I want?
A3: I am sorry, but we do not make or sell robot costumes and some other kinds of costumes. Please contact us first.
Q4: How long will it take if I order multiple costumes?
A4: It will take about 6 weeks. However, if you order more than 10 costumes, we have to reassess our production schedule.
Q5: Can you make a costume quickly?
A5: I am sorry, but we cannot shorten the delivery period. This is because we focus on high quality goods.
Q6: Can you make wigs?
A6: Yes, we can.
Q7: I want to see the design drawing before production.
A7: We will have a discussion with you before production. We will show you a general image, although I do not know whether you could say that it is a design drawing or not. (Premier Course only)
Q8: Can I check the costume at the basting stage?
A8: If you wish, you can see a picture of the costume at the basting stage (optional in the Premier Course).
Q9: How do I order the costume?
A9: Please make a request using the free estimation form on our website.
Q10: Is it possible to visit your office and order a costume?
A10: Please start with the free estimation form for custom-made costumes.
Q11: Can you tell me the progress of the production?
A11: If you ask by email, we will reply as quickly as we can.
Q12: Until what time can I cancel the order?
Q12: You can cancel the order for free before production starts. If the production is the progress, you have to pay 50 percent of the cost.
Q13: If the completed costume is totally different from the order, what should we do?
A13: If that should happen, we will repair it for free.
Q14: Can I ask you to fix the size of the costume?
A14: If the size of the cloth is different from the size you provided us with (by our mistake), we will fix it for free. Please contact us first.
Q15: When should I make a payment?
A15: Please make a payment into the Paypal account before the production starts.
Q16: Can I pay by credit card?
A16: Yes, you can.
Q17: I have concerns about your handling of my personal information.
