Costumes will be ready in about 6 weeks. Production will start on the date
when we confirm the payment.
Production may take longer in peak seasons. Shipments are also carried out on Saturdays and Sundays

| Conditions for Return or Refund |
As the costumes we sell are custom-made, we
cannot accept returns or give refunds, unless the costume is defective on
arrival.
Should you receive a defective product, please contact us by email or telephone
(on +81-3-5829-9731) and return the costume to Cosplay Costumes Japan (1-5-6-201 Izumi-cho Kanda Chiyoda-ku Tokyo Japan)
within ten days.
We cannot accept the costumes after ten days have passed. We cannot accept
returns or give refunds for customers’ reasons.
